Job Description:

Managing Engineering teams for delivering Integrated Project Deliverables.
Day to day management of projects, to ensure quality, client standards and schedule requirements are met.
Preparation of the project schedule.
Passionate and accomplished Project Manager with expertise in significantly improvising team performance and transforming into positive mindset.
Problem Solving skills and ability to motivate teams.
Coordinate with fabricators, engineers and architects to meet project requirements.
Prepare drawing packages and issue to the client per scheduled delivery dates.
Work directly with operations director to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum concept of connection design.
Be able to guide designated teams to achieve the desired results.
Excellent Communication, ability to address client & team queries.
Awareness of AISC, NISD & OSHA standards.

Education: Diploma / B.Tech with Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Industry/ Technology Background: Steel Engineering/ Detailing industry

Role: Assistant Project Manager / Team Lead

Job Description:

Assist the project manager in day to day management of projects and staff to ensure quality, client standards and schedule requirements are met.
Preparation of the project detailing schedule.
Coordinate with fabricators, engineers and architects to meet project requirements.
Prepare drawing packages and issue to the client per scheduled delivery dates.
Minimum concept of connection design.
Able to raise the RFI and Change Orders, and able justify the same.
Model coordination, Model cross checking, Logical thinking.
Be able to guide designated teams to achieve the desired results.
Responsible to complete the projects within the target date with good service quality.
Excellent Communication, ability to address client & team queries. 11.Awareness of AISC, NISD & OSHA standards.

Job Description:

Tekla Experience with AISC standards mandatory.
Preferred Hands-on experience in Industrial and Commercial projects.
Hands-on experience in Tekla.
Detailing(Editing) of Beams, Columns, and Erection Plans.
Knowledge of Tekla.
Understanding Design Drawings, 3D Model Drawings.
Meet Design Criteria, Dimensional requirement.
Able to Read the Drawings, Awareness, and Properties of steel structures, Welding Concepts.
Be able to guide designated teams to achieve the desired results.
Responsible to complete the projects within the target date with good service quality.
Excellent Communication; ability to address client & team queries. 12.Awareness of AISC, NISD & OSHA standards.

Short cuts used (macros) use while modelling.
Good grip in modelling connection design.
Be able to guide designated teams to achieve the desired results.
Responsible to complete the projects within the target date with good service quality.
