With nearly three decades of expertise in steel detailing and connection design for large and complex commercial projects, Greenbrook Engineering also offers HVAC engineering services.

Placement of ducts, units, wiring, and all other components of an efficient HVAC system needs to be executed correctly. Without proper coordination and detailing, the finished building may experience inefficient heating and cooling performance.

Our team of experts will build a detailed, accurate 3D model of the building’s HVAC system, including all the ductwork and interior and exterior units. This model can be used in client presentations and contractor meetings to help visualize the positioning and functioning of the HVAC systems.

Greenbrook Engineering offers HVAC design, modeling, and detailing for all activities related to MEP services in commercial construction and residential high-rise buildings. This includes MEP coordination.

Unlike other contractors who limit their offerings to one or two services, Greenbrook Engineering provides a one-stop subcontractor who can handle everything from creating 3D models of the steel structure to modeling the HVAC system. We work closely with other subcontractors to ensure everyone involved understands the structural requirements and their role in the design and construction process.

This also lays the groundwork for identifying potential challenges and unexpected issues early in the project.

By working together with the subcontractors, we provide an open communication channel between these professionals and our client. This allows everyone involved to be more informed about the state of the project, making it easier to foresee difficulties and provide solutions quickly and effectively.
